16 Juil MEDTRON AG launches new adapter for Guerbet's prefilled Elucirem ™ syringe

MEDTRON AG continues to set the standard in medical technology with the launch of its latest product: a custom-made adapter for the pre-filled syringe of Guerbet's Elucirem ™ contrast media, the MR syringe adapter CM Typ E.

Elucirem ™ is a contrast media that is approved in 2023 and offers significant added value for patients and the environment due to the reduced dose of gadolinium.

The new contrast media with the active ingredient gadopiclenol has already been prominently discussed at the 2024 Radiology Congress, including at the Expert talk by Dorina Petersen at the MEDTRON AG booth.

With the introduction of the MR syringe adapter CM Typ E the manufacturer of contrast media injectors and consumables is now responding to the increasing demand by offering an adapter specially developed for the pre-filled Elucirem ™ syringe.
The adapter is now available to order and offers compatibility for the MEDTRON contrast media injector Accutron^® MR, a significant advancement for users in radiology and imaging diagnostics.
