SAS Interface Released for Additional Philips CT Scanners

Now released for Philips CT scanners Incisive, MX16 and Access CT Incisive, MX16 and Access CT verfügbar

The universal SAS (Spiral Auto Start) interface of the Accutron® CT-D Vision is now available for the Philips CT scanners "Incisive", "MX16" and "Access CT". The "SAS Interface" option is thus available in three versions:

 

    • Article number: 490390 | Option SAS Interface Philips Type 1 – for Scanner Brilliance
    • Article number: 490391 | Option SAS Interface Philips Type 2 – for Scanner MX800
    • Article number: 490407 | Option SAS Interface Philips Type 3 – for Scanners Icisive, MX16 and Access CT

 

 

SAS Interface: Feature

The CT scanner can be started on the injector via the SAS interface. The scanning process is stopped at the CT scanner as usual.

SAS Interface: Activation

A software update is not required. Activate the "SAS" function in the background menu of the Accutron® CT-D Vision - the software is already integrated. The relevant interface cable as well as the user manual are included in the scope of delivery.

Day Safe System: The New SUre Patient Lines

Guests visiting the MEDTRON booth at the ECR in Vienna have already had the opportunity to see them. After the release in mid-April, and equipped with new article numbers, the new SUre patient lines are now available.

Reminder: SUre patient lines are only used together with the Day Safe filling tube D and are changed per patient. The Day Safe System only needs to be changed every 24 hours. A sustainable product that saves a lot of time and reduces waste.

Simplified Ordering Process for CANopen Interfaces

Each variant now has a unique IF article number

CANopen interfaces are manufacturer-specific, which means that each CT scanner manufacturer (Siemens, GE, Philips) uses its own variant. MEDTRON offers CANopen interfaces to all well-known CT scanner manufacturers. In the past, all variants were combined under one article number, which often led to confusion during the ordering process. Now we have "made three out of one": Each CANopen interface variant has a unique IF article number:
